Panorama City’s last apartments available


PANORAMA CITY - the highest residential towers in Slovakia – which is nearing completion in the centre of Bratislava, has released the last remaining 17 apartments for sale. In just two years, 97% of the project‘s 606 flats have been sold. Included in the offer are the last nine two-room apartments, six three-room apartments, and two four-room apartments. Prices start from around EUR 140 000, including VAT. Two showroom apartments, which had been part of the project’s marketing presentation, will be implemented in the same design and available at an attractive price. This last sale phase will start from June 2015.

The project is going fully according to plan. Construction work began in July 2013, with the final fascades currently being fitted to the 32nd floor. Facades are also now being applied to the base floors, which will house car parking and commercial areas.  The installation of bathrooms as well as painting has already been completed up to the 12th floor. Panorama City’s residents are looking forward to moving into their new homes from spring 2016.








Construction of tallest residential towers in Slovakia launched


The construction of two triangular towers PANORAMA CITY in the centre of Bratislava has just started. They will be the tallest residential buildings in Slovakia. For their construction, almost 6,500 tons of iron and 45,000 cubic metres of concrese will be used. The towers will be based on almost 500 piles that stretch to a depth of 24 metres. Company Chemkostav, a.s. is the supplier of earthwork, foundation and construction site of the project.


Since March, when the the tallest residential towers in Slovakia started to be sold, 371 apartments and 411 parking places have found their owner. Within four months, more than 60% of apartments were sold. The biggest interest is still in two room apartments, 166 of which were sold, and in three room apartments, 126 of which were chosen by buyers. One room and four room apartments were chosen by 37, actually 42 clients.
