Construction of tallest residential towers in Slovakia launched

The construction of two triangular towers PANORAMA CITY in the centre of Bratislava has just started. They will be the tallest residential buildings in Slovakia. For their construction, almost 6,500 tons of iron and 45,000 cubic metres of concrese will be used. The towers will be based on almost 500 piles that stretch to a depth of 24 metres. Company Chemkostav, a.s. is the supplier of earthwork, foundation and construction site of the project.

Since March, when the the tallest residential towers in Slovakia started to be sold, 371 apartments and 411 parking places have found their owner. Within four months, more than 60% of apartments were sold. The biggest interest is still in two room apartments, 166 of which were sold, and in three room apartments, 126 of which were chosen by buyers. One room and four room apartments were chosen by 37, actually 42 clients.

„The fact that 60% of the apartments were sold prior the construction exceeded our expectations. This exceptional success of PANORAMA CITY comes, we believe, mostly from the balance of five aspects: the location in the centre of Bratislava, beautiful vistas, practical solutions, good price and friendly payment terms. Clients also appreciate quality of standard amenities of the apartments, wallpaper and carpet in common areas. Until the end of September, there is still a chance for buyers to buy an apartment for beneficial price. Part of an apartment are still nice benefits such as earning interest, two whole season skipasses to the best ski resorts: Jasná, Tatranská Lomnica and Štrbské Pleso as well as a dinner for two in Kempinski Hotel River Park,“ says Katarína Krajňáková, spokeswoman at J&T REAL ESTATE, the project’s developer.

About the project

PANORAMA CITY, the tallest residential towers in Slovakia, will emerge only a few steps from Danube promenade nearby the shopping centre Eurovea on Landererová Street in Bratislava. With 108 metres in hight, they will become part of new panorama of the capital. PANORAMA CITY will bring into the lucrative location of Old Town more than 600 new apartments and almost 950 parking places, and thus they will markedly expand limited options of new living in the centre of Bratislava. In the centre of the capital, more greenery will emerge thanks to PANORAMA CITY. Nearby the towers, a park will emerge and it will serve as a relax zone. Right below the windows of PANORAMA CITY will be green roof terrace, which is about the size of a football pitch.

Sample apartments with simulation of vistas on Bratislava can be seen in PANORAMA CITY SHOWROOM on 19 Pribinova Street in Bratislava (next to the shopping centre Eurovea) every day from 9:00 to 20:00 hrs.
