Panorama City’s last apartments available

PANORAMA CITY - the highest residential towers in Slovakia – which is nearing completion in the centre of Bratislava, has released the last remaining 17 apartments for sale. In just two years, 97% of the project‘s 606 flats have been sold. Included in the offer are the last nine two-room apartments, six three-room apartments, and two four-room apartments. Prices start from around EUR 140 000, including VAT. Two showroom apartments, which had been part of the project’s marketing presentation, will be implemented in the same design and available at an attractive price. This last sale phase will start from June 2015.

The project is going fully according to plan. Construction work began in July 2013, with the final fascades currently being fitted to the 32nd floor. Facades are also now being applied to the base floors, which will house car parking and commercial areas.  The installation of bathrooms as well as painting has already been completed up to the 12th floor. Panorama City’s residents are looking forward to moving into their new homes from spring 2016.
